Andrew was involved with bringing the Treasury Board Secretariat's Blue Book application online. We helped transform a set of distinct internal silo application into a consolidated and online version.

Involved in the entire software development life-cycle from shaping the methodology itself to supporting the software once deployed. Highlights from this experience include:

• Helped deliver the first iteration using an agile approach (elements of eXtreme Programming)
• Introduced coding techniques to simplify automated testing
• Managed a small team of four developers
